Intensive Care

The Atmore Community Hospital Intensive Care Unit (ICU) is a six (6) bed unit that provides care for those patients who require critical care and constant monitoring.

Short-term cardiac care with anti-arrhythmic infusions is our number one specialty. In-house cardiac consultation is available on weekdays. We also have the capability to monitor twenty patients on our Medical-Surgical floor that need continuous heart monitoring but are not critical enough for our ICU.

Critical respiratory, hypertensive, neurological and trauma-related life events are treated in the ICU, as well as postoperative care for complicated surgical recoveries.

10:00 - 10:30 p.m.
1:00 - 1:30 p.m.
4:00 - 4:30 p.m.
7:00 - 7:30 p.m.
