Atmore (AL) - Atmore Community Hospital (ACH) announced that ACH Complete Care will be the name of their new primary care physician clinic in Atmore, Ala. Ashley Strawbridge, Atmore Hospital Patient Safety and Employee Health Manager was selected as the Name the Clinic Winner. She will receive a $100 gift card.

The new primary care clinic is still tentatively set to open in December of 2020 and will feature a new physician partnered with a new advanced practice provider, supported by a team of nurses and office staff. The new clinic will be located beside ACH Family Physicians located at 611 E. Laurel Street.

"We had several really good names submitted from which to choose," stated Suzanne McGill, ACH Interim Hospital Administrator. "In the end, the selection committee felt as though this name captured the focus of the new clinic."

While the physician and the advanced practice provider have not been named publicly, officials with Atmore Community Hospital say that those announcements will be forthcoming over the next several weeks. Construction of the office complex should also begin over the next few weeks.
