RN - Employee Health, Patient Safety, Infection Control, QA & Credentialing - Nursing Administration
Position Overview:
The Registered Nurse (RN) supports Employee Health, Patient Safety, Infection Control, Credentialing and Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure a safe, complaint and high-quality environment for our patients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:
 Employee Health: Manage immunizations, screenings, exposures and employee health records.
Patient Safety: Track/analyze safety events; assist with root cause analysis and improvements.
Infection Control: Conduct surveillance, ensure compliance and provide staff education.
Credentialing: Support provider credentialing and maintain required documentation.
Quality Assurance: Perform chart audits, monitor core measures and support compliance efforts.
Qualifications:
Required: Active RN license; graduate of accredited nursing program; 2-3 years clinical experience; strong organizational and communication skill.
Preferred: Experience in infection control, quality, employee health or risk; regulatory/audit experience, CIC certification.
