We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and team-oriented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Baylor Weekend Program on our Medical/Surgical Unit.
Schedule
???? Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday ⏰ 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

What You'll Do
✅ Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN and healthcare provider
✅ Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
✅ Monitor and report changes in patient conditions
✅ Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Support quality patient outcomes and patient satisfaction initiatives
✅ Assist in emergency situations and respond appropriately to patient needs
✅ Cross-train and assist in other nursing departments as needed to support patient care and organizational needs
Qualifications
✔ Current LPN License in the State of Alabama
✔ Current BLS Certification
✔ Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ Excellent attendance and reliability
✔ Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
