Atmore Community Hospital is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Night Shift Team. If you are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care, enjoy working in a collaborative environment, and are willing to support multiple departments as needed, we want to hear from you!
???? What You'll Do
✅ Deliver safe, compassionate, and high-quality patient care
✅ Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
✅ Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
✅ Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes
✅ Maintain accurate and timely documentation
✅ Promote patient safety and quality outcomes
✅ Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
✅ Float to other departments as needed to support patient care and hospital operations
???? Qualifications
✔ Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) License
✔ BLS Certification Required
✔ ACLS and PALS Certifications must be obtained within six (6) months of hire
✔ Previous acute care nursing experience preferred
✔ Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
✔ Flexibility and willingness to float between departments as needed
✔ Commitment to delivering outstanding patient-centered care
